  • During peak seasons, special events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

  • All orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service).
  • Shipping options and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and package size.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days
  • USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
  • The Plum Ski-ters are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in filing a claim with USPS.

Local Pickup (Optional – remove if not applicable)

  • Select items or event merchandise may be available for local pickup in Sayner, Wisconsin. Pickup details will be provided when applicable.
