General Tournament Information

Competitor t-shirts or swag is yet to be determined, we will still collect t-shirt sizes with registration to keep that option open.

• Registration Savings:
  • Standard Registration closes on June 3rd 2024 at 11:59 PM CDT.
  • Late registration will incur an additional fee and will end June 7th 2024 at 9:00 PM CDT
  • On-site day of registration will open at 7:30am and end at 9am
    • On-site registration for new participants will have limited availability.
    • Already registered competitors may add additional divisions on-site.
• Competitor Caps:
  • Barefoot competition will be limited to 32 individuals.

Online Registration

Please note that if you do not complete checkout (and pay) then your spot is not reserved, it will simply be sitting in your shopping cart.

1. Primary Booking: Select the booking ticket type or ticket types.
   • Select the number of individuals you wish to register for each ticket type by choosing a number from the drop-down menu.
   • A set of registration fields will appear based on the number selected from the drop-down menu. Complete these fields with the individual competitor’s information. Different billing credentials can be used during Checkout if applicable.
2. Additional Barefoot Divisions Add-On:
   • Click the Add To Cart button (above the Bookings section) to add additional Barefoot divisions. You will stay on this registration page even though items are being added to your cart.
   • At the very end of the Bookings section, list the additional divisions for your entry within the Comments field.
3. Checkout: Proceed to your cart and complete payment and checkout.

Tournament Morning Check-in & Final Registration

• Due to changes at the USAWS level, all participants will be required to have USAWS and Safe Sport (18+ members per USA WS standards); we cannot offer on-site sign up for USA-WS.
• Proof of active USA Water Ski membership and Safe Sport completion (for 18+ members per USA WS standards) must be presented at check-in.
• Divisions for each competitor will be verified at final check-in on the day of the tournament. This is meant to double check to make sure you are entered properly for the correct divisions.
• Brackets and skiing order will be generated and announced the night before the start of event. Competitors who add a division after the brackets have been compiled will consume the limited amount of “bye” spots allocated in the generated bracket.
